Dot To Dot festival organiser Anton Lockwood (of DHP Group) said today A big part of dot to dot is new music. So we are very excited to add to the dot to dot bill some of the best new talent in music from all around the world. You might not have heard these names now, but by this time next year some of these people will be household names’Kicking off the list of latest additions is StocktononTees postpunk fourpiece The Chapman Family, one of this country’s hardest gigging bands, who will be unveiling tracks from their soon to be released debut album Dark, intense and brooding (clue their Myspace friends include both Joy Divison and Bill Hicks), this is one short sharp shock that you will definitely not want to miss.
